ICODR 2004 Competitions

ICODR 2004 consisted of online negotiation, mediation, and arbitration competitions anchored around the Center's Cyberweek 2004.  ICODR 2004 was primarily a law school competition, however we are happy to report for the first time that an ICODR negotiation event was held for non-law school students and their faculty coaches.

The Center is proud to sponsor ICODR in conjunction with the University of Toledo College of Law, Hamline University School of Law, Westworkspace.com and the Harvard Program on Negotiation.

The negotiation portion of ICODR 2004 was an eNegotiation competition hosted by Trinity Western University and represented the culmination of several years of Center collaboration with our friends at SmartSettle.  For a complete list of systems employed please visit the eNS Training page.
