2011 IMA conference on cross-border mediation

I'm sitting in the audience of the International Mediation Alliance's 2011 conference on cross-border mediation, listening to Diana Wallis, Vice-President of the European Parliament.  This meeting looks like it will touch on some very interesting topics over the next two days, from commercial cases to consumer cases, from family mediation to insurance mediation.  The audience seems mainly Italian, but there is simultaneous translation into German and English.
