Mediation in the Mainstream

Last night I gave a speech at the Creighton University Law School as part of ABA Mediation Week.  The theme for the week is "Mediation in the Mainstream:  From Courthouse to Conference Room."  Although the audience was made up of "traditional" conflict engagement practitioners (lawyers, mediators, and students in a dispute resolution program), much of the discussion after my remarks focused on the impact of technology on conflict engagement.  It's clear that ODR is on the minds of our colleagues in dispute resolution in a way that it was not just a year or two ago.  I've posted the notes from my talk on my web site, where they can be accessed under a blog entry entitled "Mediation in the Mainstream."  To find the notes, click here.
